Spooky Zoo at Lincoln Park Zoo

Spooky Zoo Spectacular is a family friendly Chicago event that celebrates the animals of the zoo and the Halloween holiday! There will be tons of family friendly activities with a Halloween twist! In addition to all the things to do that are always at the Lincoln Park Zoo, there will be a Haunted House, arts and crafts, trick-or-treating, a costume parade and more!

Just like anywhere else, you want to dress up in order to get candy while you're trick-or-treating! There's also a costume contest for those who would like to compete!

Admission to the Lincoln Park Zoo is always free and this event is no different!

Take Public Transportation. Parking at the Lincoln Park Zoo is free for the first 30 minutes, but after that there's a charge. It's $30 if you stay 5 hours or more, but there are plenty of Chicago buses (CTA buses 151 and 156 drop you off right in front of the zoo) so that you can avoid parking payments all together!

South Loop Hootenanny at Tiny Tunes Studio

A Hootenanny is a Pop-up Class that's part celebration/ part music and creative play experience. Join Stomp and Shout at Tiny Tunes Studio for a 45 minute musical adventure where we will explore the land of make believe, move our bodies in cool kid ways, imagine ourselves as different people, make stories song, and jam out on our instruments.

Stomp and Shout KIDS is a multi-arts program that utilizes music, theater, and imagination to grow students social and emotional learning while strengthening their problem solving and cognitive thinking skills.

* We provide an Arts Foundation for all of our families so that they can continue to sing, play, and create for years to come.
* We spark imaginative conversations in class with the goal that this imaginative language develops at home.
* We bring arts programming to families that may not have the resources to attend an arts class on their own.
* We foster community between families and their neighborhoods. We like to say we're helping build mom and pop villages.
* We create unique {fun} classes that expand our student's artistic horizons.
